For that we are offering a unique Guarantee Policy:

When buying a Photo2Painting (Custom Painting) by uploading a photo or an image, you are required to pay ONLY 20% upfront. Only after your approval of the final painting, and before we ship it, you are require to pay the 80% balance. Due to the custom nature of this product the 20% upfront payment is non refundable, and in case you choose to cancel your order, you will not be required to pay any additional amount.

In case you have received a damaged painting, or in case the painting has been lost by the currier, please contact us at service@docoartusa.com. We will paint for you a new painting free of charge. In order to take care of the case and paint for you a new painting, we will need supporting documents explaining the case.

Even though we have designed and manufactured a custom package for shipments of stretched paintings (Gallery Wrap/Stretch), in rare occasions it might be subject to damages during deliveries. If the frame you have ordered is damaged please contact us at service@docoartusa.com and we will refund the cost of the frame.
